Pokemon TCG Live Breaks Host

Job Description：

  1. Responsible for TIKTOK live streaming and unpacking Pokemon trading cards in live. ( Customers buy Pokemon cards during live, they will watch their packs get opened by you)

  2. Interacting with the audience actively, having relatively good logical thinking and responsiveness, being able to respond to questions from the audience, directing the audience to the shop, and improving fan stickiness.

  3. Mobilising audience energy and increasing activation through improvisation during the live streaming.

  4. Convert accurate audience and be good at identifying shortcomings in live streaming and improving them.

  5. The live streaming of the e-commerce platform is based on the sale of goods, familiar with product knowledge, 6 hours of live streaming per day.

    Additional if part-time

Who you are：

  1. Pokemon trading card lover, have a least one year experience playing Pokemon trading cards, know how to pronounce Pokemon's name.

  2. Confident and cheerful, good at expressing themselves, talented, active, and interactive

  3. Can host live shows independently, responsible for normal live streaming and strategy Live Streaming

  4. have an extremely strong understanding, communication, and coordination skills, work proactively, able to take the initiative to think, find and solve problems.

  5. Live streaming experience is preferred

Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description：

  1. Analyze large and complex data sets including business trends, sales pipeline, contractor service pipeline, and financial reports, etc. and provide insights;

  2. Develop highly scalable and performant data analytical systems that can identify best matches between brands and service provider;

  3. Work with internal teams to streamline data collection processes, optimize data analytical processes and improve data insight presentation framework to improve the operating efficiency of the company;

  4. Build and run data queries and analyses to support the development and dissemination of new data insights, and implement marketing and outreach campaigns that work in support of the company;

  5. Perform complex data research and analysis to support business operations including creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends;

  6. Compile and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales, resource matching and client success results and metric reporting;

  7. Influence prioritization and key business decisions through data-driven insights;

Required Experience：

  1. Minimum of 1-year experience doing E-commerce data analysis to measure user behavior, performance trends, and ROI.

  2. Minimum of 1-year experience conducting live stream video data analysis.

  3. Minimum of 1-year experience managing databases by analyzing and processing data sets (including data analysis, data visualization, and data integration).

  4. Minimum of 1-year experience using SQL for database administration.

  5. Minimum of 1-year experience doing qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

  6. Minimum of 1-year experience using a statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python), and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics) for data analysis.

  7. Minimum of 1-year experience using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to craft data-driven insights and visualizations to communicate insights.

  8. Minimum of 1-year experience using cloud-hosted database.

Operations Research Analyst

Job Description：

  1. Analyze large and complex data sets including business trends, sales pipeline, contractor service pipeline, and financial reports, etc. and provide insights;

  2. Develop highly scalable and performant data analytical systems that can identify best matches between brands and service provider;

  3. Analyze internal Crossing’s data to build an in-depth understanding of viewers’ and buyers’ behaviors and evaluate operational strategies in connection with this data;

  4. Create systems and tools to build mathematical models and simulations capable of testing different operational variables, and determining the probable results of systematic changes, revisions to policies, automating rote tasks;

  5. Gather new data and creatively use existing data metrics and present them in an easily understood way;

  6. Querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using database language (e.g., SQL) and statistical software (e.g., Python or R);

  7. Analyzing data within relational database systems such as M.S. Access, MS SQL Server, and MySQL to drive efficient data exploration and modeling.

Required Experience：

  1. Minimum of 1-year experience doing E-commerce data analysis to measure user behavior, performance trends, and ROI.

  2. Minimum of 1-year experience using sales data from Shopify and TikTok Shop to conduct data analysis, visualization, and integration.
